You supply the text and photos. Hosting, domain and Shopify fees are paid by you directly. Anything beyond the listed scope is quoted separately.
Questions
When do I choose my picks?
Right on the order page. Starter, Pro and Premium each show the pick menu, and you choose your items before adding the package to your cart. All Out already includes everything.
Can I swap or add picks?
Yes. If you want something that isn't on the menu, or more than your package includes, we'll quote it and add it to your order.
Who owns the design files?
Design files stay with GCG unless your package includes Artwork Rights and Files (Premium and All Out). It can also be added to any package.
Do I get a discount on reorders?
Yes. Package customers get 10% off reorders for their first year, from more cards to new shirts and signs.
What about tax and card fees?
Vermont 6% sales tax applies to taxable items. Credit card payments carry a 3.5% fee on the subtotal, the same as all our quotes.
