Returns & Refunds Policy

Granite City Graphics (“GCG”, “we”, “us”) makes most products to order and provides services by appointment. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom / Made-to-Order Products (All Sales Final)

Because custom items are produced specifically for you (customized sizes, colors, names, numbers, logos, artwork, or special-order products), all custom and made-to-order sales are final.

Custom items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, including but not limited to:

  • Custom apparel (DTF/DTG, embroidery, sublimation, etc.)

  • Custom decals, stickers, banners, signs, and printed graphics

  • Custom promotional products

  • Any item ordered specifically for you from a supplier

If We Made a Mistake

If your custom order arrives with an error caused by us (for example: wrong item, wrong size ordered by us, incorrect print/embroidery, damaged item, or a production defect), we’ll make it right.

To request a remake/replacement, contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the problem

If approved, our remedy will be repair, remake, or replacement (at our discretion). Refunds are not guaranteed for custom items.

Non-Custom / Stock Items (If Offered)

If we offer any non-custom, non-decorated stock items in our store, they may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original packaging/tags are included

Shipping costs are not refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Window Tinting Services

Window tinting is a service performed by appointment.

Our Commitment

If there is an issue due to our workmanship, an installation error, or a faulty product, we will repair or replace the tint as needed.

What’s Not Covered

Normal wear, misuse, damage caused by the customer or third parties, or issues caused by existing window defects are not covered.

How to Request Service

Contact us as soon as you notice an issue. Please include:

  • Your name and appointment date (or invoice number)

  • Photos/video of the issue if possible

We may ask to inspect the vehicle before scheduling a fix.

Order Cancellations

Because most orders are custom and may begin production quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed.

  • If you contact us before production begins, we may be able to cancel.

  • If production has started or materials have been ordered, the order may not be cancelable.

Shipping Issues (Damaged or Lost Packages)

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
