Processing Time (Custom / Made-to-Order)

Most items we sell are custom and made to order.

  • Production time varies by product and begins after artwork/proof approval (if applicable) and payment requirements are met.

  • Any production/turnaround time shown on the website is an estimate.

  • Rush service may be available for an additional fee (when possible).

Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

  • Standard shipping rates may be flat-rate or calculated depending on the item.

  • If an order requires special packaging, oversized shipping, or freight, we will contact you with options and any additional cost before shipping.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders.

  • We will notify you when your order is ready.

  • Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays after the package is handed off.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging and the shipping label

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:

  • Check with household members/neighbors and any secure delivery areas.

  • Contact the carrier to open a claim.

  • Contact us and we will help where we can.
