These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to purchases and use of Granite City Graphics ("GCG," "we," "us") products and services, including orders placed through our website/store and services performed by appointment.

1. Orders and Custom Work

Most of our products are custom or made to order. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have reviewed and approved the order details (sizes, colors, quantities, spelling, placement, and design).

• You understand that custom/made-to-order items are generally final sale (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).

2. Proofs, Approvals, and Customer Responsibility

If we provide a proof/mockup, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully.

• Approval confirms you accept spelling, layout, colors, and placement.

• Once approved, changes may require additional cost and may affect turnaround time.

3. Artwork and Customer Content

If you provide logos, images, or text, you represent that you have the rights to use them.

• You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed.

• We are not responsible for claims related to customer-provided content.

4. Production Variations

Custom production can involve minor variations. You acknowledge that:

• Colors may vary between screens and printed/finished products.

• Material, garment, and surface differences can affect appearance.

• Exact matches (including prior jobs) are not guaranteed, but we aim for consistency.

5. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and can vary based on workload, approvals, material availability, and complexity.

• Rush service may be available for an additional fee.

• Delays caused by late approvals or customer changes may extend timelines.

6. Pricing, Deposits, and Payments

• Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change due to material costs or scope changes.

• For large orders, a deposit may be required before production begins.

• Payment is due according to the invoice terms. Orders may not be released until paid.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Because most orders are custom, cancellations are not guaranteed.

• If production has not started, we may be able to cancel.

• If production has started or materials have been ordered, you may be responsible for costs already incurred.

8. Shipping and Pickup

• Shipping timelines are estimates provided by carriers.

• Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is accepted by the carrier.

• If an order arrives damaged, contact us promptly and provide photos so we can help.

9. Window Tinting and Service Appointments

Window tinting and other services are performed by appointment.

• Please arrive on time and follow any prep instructions we provide.

• If there is an issue due to our workmanship or faulty product, we will repair or replace as appropriate.

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, third parties, or existing defects is not covered.

10. Photos and Marketing Use

Unless you request otherwise in writing before production begins, you agree that we may photograph or video your finished product(s) and use images for our portfolio and marketing (website, social media, and advertising).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• GCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for the specific product/service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict of law rules.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted in our store with an updated effective date.
