Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All products are custom-made to order. Please allow 3–14 business days for production before your order ships. -
Shipping Carriers:
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size, weight, and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. -
Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. -
Nationwide Delivery:
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. (Additional terms for Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipping can be added if needed.)
Return & Exchange Policy

Custom Products:
Because nearly all Granite City Graphics products are custom-made, all sales are final. -
Exceptions:
Returns may be accepted only if approved by Granite City Graphics and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor required to remove decals, adhesives, and other custom applications. -
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at sales@gcgvt.com or 802-522-1333 with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem. -
Non-Returnable Items:
Any item that has been customized, used, or altered cannot be returned.
