WINDOW TINTING SERVICE POLICY Service Coverage: • Automotive window tinting (all makes and models) • Commercial building window tinting • Residential property window tinting • Available tint types: Carbon and Ceramic films • Professional installation by certified technicians Scheduling & Appointments: • All window tinting by appointment only • Available Tuesday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM • Saturday installations available by special arrangement • Minimum 24-hour advance booking required • Installation time varies by vehicle/project size Pricing & Payment: • Current pricing available at: gcgvt.com/tint-pricing • Front windows: $140/vehicle • Windshield strip: $75/vehicle • Quotes provided based on specific vehicle year/make/model • 50% deposit required for projects over $300 • Final payment due upon completion Pre-Installation Requirements: • Vehicle must be clean (interior and exterior windows) • Remove all items from vehicle interior • Provide accurate vehicle information (year, make, model) • Specify ALL windows needing tint (including quarter windows) • Choose tint shade and type during booking Quality Assurance: • Professional-grade materials only • Warranty-backed installation • Post-installation inspection included • Minor issues (bubbles, debris): 15-20% discount on affected window • Full replacement available under warranty for unsatisfied customers Cancellation Policy: • 24-hour cancellation notice required • Same-day cancellations subject to 50% deposit forfeit • Weather-related rescheduling available at no charge Post-Installation Care: • Windows must remain up for 24-48 hours • No cleaning for 7 days after installation
