Cancellation Policy
Scheduling & Appointments: • All design consultations must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system • No walk-in consultations accepted - appointments only • Minimum 24-hour advance booking required • Consultations available Tuesday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM • Standard consultation duration: 60 minutes Consultation Fees: • Consultation fee: $95 (same as current design fee structure) • Fee applies toward final project cost when customer proceeds with services • Fee is non-refundable if customer does not proceed with project • Payment due at time of consultation Cancellation & Rescheduling: • Minimum 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling • Same-day cancellations forfeit consultation fee • No-shows forfeit consultation fee • One free reschedule allowed per booking Consultation Process: • Customer must provide project overview when booking • Bring reference materials, sketches, or inspiration images if available • We provide material samples, pricing estimates, and timeline discussions • Written quote provided within 48 hours of consultation • Quote valid for 30 days Project Commitment: • No obligation to proceed with project after consultation • If proceeding, 50% deposit required for projects over $500 • Consultation fee credited toward final invoice • Standard production timelines apply after deposit received Preparation Requirements: • Customer should have approximate budget range in mind • Bring vehicle information for automotive projects (year, make, model) • Provide business information for commercial projects • Have timeline expectations ready for discussion
